GROUP LESSONS
Commitment to Sessions:
Participation in group classes signifies your commitment to the entire session, which typically lasts between 4 to 6 weeks. Once the session has started, withdrawals of students are not permitted.
Withdrawal and Refunds:
If you wish to withdraw before the first class starts and the minimum sign-up requirement is met, you will receive a refund minus a 6.8% processing fee. For any canceled class, we will provide a credit towards the next session; no refunds will be provided. The only exception for a refund is a medical situation that prevents a student from participating in the class. In such cases, prompt notification to Franco Racquet Sports and a doctor's note is required. Any medical situation not reported within 7 days from the day of the doctors note will be invalid for refund or credit purposes.
Recurrent Enrollment:
Your enrollment in group classes will be recurrent, meaning you won't need to re-enroll every 4 to 6 weeks. This policy helps us with planning and provides you with a more consistent training schedule.
To discontinue re-enrollment, a mandatory two-week notice prior to the end of your current session is required. Without this notice, you will be charged for the first two weeks of the following session.
Minimum Enrollment Requirement:
A minimum of 3 participants is required for a class to take place. If this requirement is not met, you will be informed 24 hours before the class. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Refund Fee:
Any refunds processed will incur a 6.8% processing fee on the total amount being refunded.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.
Notification Methods: Notifications will be sent via email and text message. Please ensure your contact information is up to date and accurate.
CAMPS
Participation in camps signifies your commitment to the session, which typically lasts for one week. If you wish to withdraw your registration more than one week before the camp begins, you will receive a refund minus a 6.8% fee from the total amount. If you withdraw less than a week before camp begins, we will not be able to provide a refund.
A minimum of 4 people must be signed up for the camp to take place. If the minimum sign-up requirement is not met, we will inform you 24 hours before the camp is scheduled to start. If the minimum sign-up requirement is not fulfilled, we will return your money back in full.
Please reach out directly to your coach regarding any questions or clarifications. Note that for weather-related make-ups, availability is dependent on the schedule and there may be times when make-ups are not available.
Your enrollment in our camps ensures a comprehensive and enriching training experience. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these policies.
